Finding Life

Coaching | Hypnosis | Wellness

The biggest obstacles aren’t “out there” they’re inside, the fears, doubts, and habits holding you back. It’s time to release them and step into your true potential.

Get out of your own way and find your life

What makes my coaching different?

  • While many coaches focus only on the surface, conscious thoughts, behaviors, and strategies, I go deeper. I help you uncover and shift the unconscious patterns that quietly run the show. These are the hidden beliefs, fears, and emotional blocks that keep you stuck, no matter how much you “know” what to do. When you address what’s beneath the surface, real transformation happens and taking meaningful action becomes natural, not forced

  • When we work together, you’ll gain more than just surface-level insights. Through deep, intuitive questioning, we uncover the real root causes behind what’s holding you back, often things you didn’t even realize were there. But we don’t stop at awareness. Using powerful, tailored hypnosis protocols, we integrate these breakthroughs at the unconscious level, so change doesn’t just make sense, it sticks. The result? Shifts that feel natural, seamless, and empowering

The Only Constant in Life is Change

My Main Services

Fear & Worry

Fear and worry can show up in many forms — from social situations to flying, public speaking, or the daily stress that weighs on you. Through hypnotherapy, I guide you into a relaxed state where your mind can begin creating new, empowering responses that replace old fear-based patterns

Habit Change

Whether you’re ready to let go of an old habit or create healthier routines, hypnotherapy can help you tap into your subconscious mind — the place where lasting change takes root. Together, we’ll focus on aligning your inner resources with your goals, so change feels more natural and sustainable.

Limiting Beliefs

So often, it’s not the outside world that holds us back, but the inner doubts and beliefs we carry. Hypnotherapy offers a space to quiet those limiting voices and strengthen the confidence already within you. By working with the subconscious, we can create new, supportive patterns of thought that help you step into opportunities with greater ease and self-trust.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Is hypnosis mind control?

Not at all—and sorry to disappoint if you were expecting something dramatic! Hypnosis is not mind control. It’s a natural and deeply relaxed state of focused attention—similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, or daydream. During hypnosis, you're fully aware of what’s happening. You can hear everything, respond if needed, and you always have control. In fact, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I simply guide you into a state where your conscious mind can quiet down, allowing us to work more directly with your unconscious mind—the part of you that holds your beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns. You’re never asleep, never out of control, and you can reject any suggestion that doesn’t feel right for you. Your autonomy and safety are always respected

Question 2: What is Hypnosis good for?

Hypnosis is a powerful tool for personal transformation and healing. By working directly with the unconscious mind—the part of you that stores beliefs, emotions, habits, and memories—we can create lasting change at the root level. It’s highly effective for helping you overcome limiting beliefs, release emotional blocks, shift addictive patterns, heal from past issues, and reduce or eliminate unnecessary fears . Hypnosis is also known to support physical and emotional well-being, including reducing chronic pain, improving sleep, easing stress/worry, and enhancing self-confidence. Whether you're looking to break through inner resistance, step into your full potential, or simply feel more empowered in your everyday life, hypnosis can be a deeply transformative part of your journey

Question 3: Is Hypnosis real? What scientific backing is there?

Yes, hypnosis is very real and it’s backed by decades of scientific research and clinical application. Far from being just a stage trick or mystical practice, hypnosis is a well-established therapeutic tool recognized by medical, psychological, and scientific communities around the world. In fact, organizations like the American Psychological Association (APA) and the British Psychological Society (BPS) acknowledge the effectiveness of hypnosis for a wide range of issues, including pain management, stress reduction, anxiety, habit change, and trauma recovery. Neuroscience has also confirmed that hypnosis creates measurable changes in brain activity. Functional MRI (fMRI) studies show that during hypnosis, certain areas of the brain associated with focused attention, sensory processing, and emotional regulation become more active, while others quiet down. This helps explain why people in a hypnotic state are more open to positive suggestions and new perspectives. Hypnosis isn’t magic, it’s a natural, altered state of consciousness that allows us to bypass the critical, overthinking mind and work directly with the unconscious, where real and lasting transformation can take place. When facilitated properly, it’s a safe, effective, and empowering process grounded in both science and experience.

Question 4: Is Hypnosis safe? What does it feel like?

Yes, hypnosis is completely safe when facilitated by a trained and certified practitioner. It’s a natural state of awareness that most people actually experience in daily life—like when you’re driving on autopilot, deeply focused on a task, or lost in thought during a movie. You’re not asleep or unconscious; you’re just in a relaxed, focused state where your inner awareness becomes heightened. During a session, most people describe feeling deeply calm, peaceful, and inwardly focused, similar to meditation or that dreamy state right before you fall asleep. Your body may feel heavy and relaxed, or light and floaty, depending on the experience. You’re always in control and can come out of the hypnotic state at any time. Hypnosis is not about giving up control, it’s about gaining access to the part of your mind that’s running the show behind the scenes. It’s gentle and deeply supportive. You’ll never be made to do anything that goes against your values or will. It’s all about aligning your conscious goals with your unconscious patterns, safely and effectively.

Question 5: Can I be hypnotized? What if im too strong minded?

Yes, you can be hypnotized even if you are strong minded. In fact a strong mind often means strong focus and imagination, which are powerful assets in hypnosis. Hypnosis isn't about control or wekaness; Its a cooperative and collaborative process between the client and hypnotist. You're in charge. My role is to simply guide you into a deeply relaxed, focused state where your conscious mind can step aside and your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive change. If you are curious but skeptical thats completely normal. I was too when I first started getting involved in this work. That said. Hypnosis only works when you are open to the process. If you are constantly fighting the process it wont be nearly as effective due to it being a joint effort on both of our ends.

Question 6: How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies on a variety of factors; your desired goals, complexity of the problem and how open/responsive you are to the process. Some clients experience noticeable shifts after just 1 session, while others benefit from a series of sessions to create lasting layered change. What I have found to be most effective for change in my clients is starting them out with a group of 3 sessions then reevaluating what else if anything is needed.

Question 7: How should I prepare for the session? What does a typical session look like?

Leading up to the session I ask that you reflect and write down several things; what the specific issue/sticking point is, How its currently impacting your life, Whats your motivation for changing, Your desired outcome, How achieving that outcome would improve your life. This gives us a clear starting point and helps clarify your goals/intentions. A typical session ranges from 1-1.5 hours(plan for 1.5 hours) so we have enough time to be thorough in our work. The first half of the session is focused conversation deconstructing the problem at hand, exploring the root of the issue, whats driving it, how it developed and whats holding it in place. The second half of the session I will guided you into hypnosis to work with the unconcious mind, where deeper/lasting change can occur.

Question 8: Im interested. What next?

That’s amazing to hear and I’d love to connect with you! The next step is simple: just click the Free Consultation button. From there, you can schedule a quick 10–15 minute call with me. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we’ll explore your goals, answer any questions you might have, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. If it feels aligned and you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first official session and begin the journey toward real, lasting transformation. This first step can open the door to powerful change, I'm excited to help you get there.

Testimonials

Your success can be next

I've had several hypnotherapy sessions with Daniel and each one has allowed me to break through more self limitations stored subconsciencly. He asked the right questions and helped me uncover buried things I never knew were holding me back. I would recommend a session with Daniel to anyone, we all have uncovered layers just waiting to be explored and unraveled

Ange-Elise V.

I was in a place where I was mentally torn between what I felt like i should be feeling vs what I was actually feeling. I needed someone to listen to me and be a sounding board, Someone to hear my frustrations and help gain clarity instead of drowning in overwhelm. Daniel knew exactly what questions to ask to help work through my emotions. The benefits he brought were tremendous

Kara

I’ve had a few sessions with Daniel and all of them have been eye-opening and helpful. I was preparing for a surgery and I was extremely worried and scared about it. My session helped change that to where I felt calm and relaxed during the whole procedure. After my surgery, another session helped ease my worries about the healing process helping me visualize my body healing itself. It was a powerful and emotional experience.
