Coaching | Hypnosis | Wellness

Release the fears, phobias, habits & limiting beliefs that keep you stuck. With personalized hypnosis coaching from the comfort of home, you can finally create the ease, confidence, and freedom you’ve been missing

What makes my coaching different?

  • While many coaches focus only on the surface, conscious thoughts, behaviors & strategies, I go deeper. I help you uncover & shift the unconscious patterns that quietly run the show. These are the hidden beliefs, fears & emotional blocks that keep you stuck, no matter how much you “know” what to do. When you address what’s beneath the surface, real transformation happens & taking meaningful action becomes natural, not forced

  • When we work together, you’ll gain more than just surface-level insights. Through deep, intuitive questioning, we uncover the real root causes behind what’s holding you back, often things you didn’t even realize were there. Then using powerful, tailored hypnosis protocols, we integrate these breakthroughs at the unconscious level, so change just makes sense, it sticks. The result? Shifts that feel natural, seamless & empowering

About me

Hi, I’m Daniel Leitzell a certified hypnotist, passionate about helping people create calm, confidence, and freedom in their lives. For many of us, fear and worry show up in ways that hold us back, whether it’s public speaking, flying, social situations, or simply the stress of daily life. My work focuses on guiding clients into deep relaxation and using hypnosis techniques to unlock the mind’s natural ability to shift old patterns into new, empowering responses.

My approach is rooted in both personal and professional experience. With a degree in psychology, years of work in mental health and traditional healthcare, as well as backgrounds in teaching yoga and facilitating men’s circles, I bring a holistic perspective that blends science, intuition, and embodied wisdom. I’ve trained extensively with experts in the field of hypnosis and I approach every session with compassion, respect, and the belief that you already hold the inner resources for change. My role is simply to help you access those resources so you can move forward feeling lighter, grounded, and more confident.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Is Hypnosis mind control?

Not at all! Sorry to disappoint if you were expecting something theatrical. Hypnosis is not mind control; it’s a natural, deeply relaxed state of focused awareness. You already experience similar states when you’re absorbed in a film, a good book, or your own thoughts. During hypnosis, you remain fully aware, able to hear, respond, and even choose to stop at any moment. You’re never asleep or out of control — in fact, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. My role is simply to guide you into the calm, focused space where the conscious mind can quiet down and the subconscious can open to positive change. Your autonomy, boundaries, and safety are always respected.

Question 2: What is Hypnosis good for?

Hypnosis is a powerful tool for creating meaningful, lasting change at the subconscious level — where your beliefs, habits, emotions, and patterns are stored. It can help you release fears, reduce stress, shift unwanted habits, resolve emotional blocks, and strengthen confidence from within. It’s also shown to support physical and emotional well-being, improving sleep, easing chronic tension, and enhancing focus and self-trust. Whether your goal is to overcome a specific challenge, deepen personal growth, or step into your full potential, hypnosis helps you do it in a way that feels natural and aligned.

Question 3: Is Hypnosis real? What scientific backing is there?

Yes — hypnosis is very real and backed by decades of research and clinical application.

Far from being mystical or theatrical, it’s recognized by organizations like the American Psychological Association (APA) and the British Psychological Society (BPS) as an evidence-based therapeutic tool for issues such as anxiety, habit change, trauma recovery, and pain management.

Neuroscience has confirmed what practitioners have long observed: during hypnosis, measurable shifts occur in brain activity. Functional MRI (fMRI) studies show that regions linked to focus, sensory processing, and emotional regulation become more active, while the overthinking centers quiet down.

In essence, hypnosis isn’t magic — it’s a naturally altered state of consciousness that allows the mind to reprogram patterns at their root. When guided by a trained professional, it’s a safe, effective, and empowering process grounded in both science and experience.

Question 4: Is Hypnosis safe? What does it feel like?

Yes — hypnosis is completely safe when facilitated by a trained, certified practitioner.
It’s a state most people naturally enter throughout the day — when driving on autopilot, deeply focused on a task, or lost in a moment of imagination.

During a session, you’re fully conscious, simply more relaxed and inwardly focused. Many describe the experience as deeply calming — similar to meditation or the dreamy space before sleep. Your body might feel light and floating, or comfortably heavy and still, depending on the moment.

You’re always in control. Hypnosis isn’t about giving up power — it’s about accessing more of it, through the part of your mind quietly shaping your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Question 5: Can I be hypnotized? What if im too strong minded?

Absolutely. In fact, strong-minded people often make excellent hypnosis clients — focus, imagination, and determination are assets in this process. Hypnosis isn’t about control or submission; it’s a collaboration. You remain in charge the entire time, while I guide your attention inward in a way that allows the subconscious mind to become more receptive to change. If you’re curious but skeptical, that’s perfectly natural. Many clients begin that way. The only real requirement is a willingness to engage in the process — hypnosis works best when approached with openness and intention.

Question 6: How many sessions will I need? What does it cost?

The number of sessions depends on your goals, how deeply the issue is rooted, and your individual responsiveness to the work. Some clients experience significant change after one session, while others benefit from a series of three or more for lasting, layered results. Most clients begin with a 3-session package, which allows time for depth, integration, and momentum.

Single 1.5-hour session: $110

Three-session package: $300 (most popular; includes $30 discount) (3 sessions if purchased individually = $330)

Together, we’ll reassess after your initial sessions and create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and pace of transformation.

Question 7: How should I prepare for the session? What does a typical session look like?

Before your session, take a few moments to reflect and jot down:

- What you’d like to change or explore

- How it currently impacts your life

- Why change matters to you(and why it needs to happen now)

- The outcome you hope to create

This reflection helps us start from a place of clarity and intention.

A typical session lasts 60 - 90 minutes. We begin with a focused conversation to understand the root of the issue — exploring patterns, triggers, and emotional context.
The second part is the hypnosis itself, where I guide you into a relaxed, focused state and work directly with the subconscious mind to facilitate deep, lasting change.

Each session is designed to feel calm, restorative, and intentional — a space where insight becomes integration.

Question 8: How does online hypnotherapy work? Is it less effective?

Online hypnotherapy works beautifully. You simply choose a quiet place, put on your headphones, and let me guide you through a deeply relaxing and transformative experience. Many clients prefer online sessions because the comfort of home helps their nervous system settle more quickly, allowing for deeper alignment and clearer results.

Question 9: Im interested. What next?

That’s wonderful, and I’d love to connect with you.

This small first step often opens the door to profound change — one that can ripple through every area of your life.

"Allowed me to break through more self limitations"

I've had several hypnotherapy sessions with Daniel and each one has allowed me to break through more self limitations stored subconsciencly. He asked the right questions and helped me uncover buried things I never knew were holding me back. I would recommend a session with Daniel to anyone, we all have uncovered layers just waiting to be explored and unraveled - Ange-Elise V.

"He created a safe place for me to be vulnerable and grow in my healing journey"

Working with Daniel from start to finish was a wonderful experience. I initially came to Daniel looking for some healing from constant anxiety attacks. He took such a gentle, caring, and thoughtful approach to my therapy sessions. He created a safe place for me to be vulnerable and grow in my healing journey. In just two sessions, I was able to identify areas in my life (past and present) that were significantly holding me back. Through his guided hypnosis, I was able to release some childhood trauma/emotions that I have been holding on to for decades and I left both sessions feeling deeply relaxed. What makes Daniel so effective is that he genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. Daniel not only developed intentional and effective hypnotherapy sessions, but also checked in on me throughout the week and offered additional therapeutic practices to help with my anxiety. - Kelsey

"The benefits he brought were tremendous"

I was in a place where I was mentally torn between what I felt like i should be feeling vs what I was actually feeling. I needed someone to listen to me and be a sounding board, Someone to hear my frustrations and help gain clarity instead of drowning in overwhelm. Daniel knew exactly what questions to ask to help work through my emotions. The benefits he brought were tremendous - Kara

"It was a powerful and emotional experience"

I’ve had a few sessions with Daniel and all of them have been eye-opening and helpful. I was preparing for a surgery and I was extremely worried and scared about it. My session helped change that to where I felt calm and relaxed during the whole procedure. After my surgery, another session helped ease my worries about the healing process helping me visualize my body healing itself. It was a powerful and emotional experience.- Rachel M.
